Terms of Service

1. Booking & Retainer
To secure your session date, a non-refundable retainer of 50% of the session cost is required at the time of booking. This retainer will be applied toward your final balance. No date is reserved until the retainer and signed agreement are received.
2. Payment Terms
The remaining balance is due on or before the session date. Payments can be made online via credit card or in person (cash). Failure to pay the balance by the scheduled session date may result in session cancellation and forfeiture of the retainer.
3. Rescheduling & Cancellation
Rescheduling: Notice of at least 24 hours is encouraged for rescheduling. One complimentary reschedule is allowed; further requests may incur a $50.00 fee.
Cancellation: If you cancel within 1 day of the session, the retainer is forfeited. This is to cover my time and preparation for the session.
4. Deliverables & Editing
Final edited images will be delivered via my website within 21 business days following the session. Editing is limited to the Photographer's signature style (color correction and basic skin retouching). Additional or advanced retouching requests may incur extra fees. RAW file requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis and if granted would incur a significant fee. This is to prevent editing and distributing images outside the vision of the Photographer and the agreed upon terms. (See #5 below)
5. Copyright & Usage Rights
The Photographer retains full copyright of all images. The Client is granted a (non-exclusive, personal use) license to print and share images for non-commercial purposes. Images may not be sold, edited by third parties, or used for commercial gain without written consent.
6. Model Release
The Client grants the Photographer permission to use the images for portfolio, website, and marketing purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.
7. Liability
The Photographer’s liability for any claim (including lost or damaged images) is limited to a refund of the amount paid by the Client. The Photographer reserves the right to make a reasonable attempt at a mutually beneficial resolution before a refund is granted.
